I’m Liz Becker, a former national-level Olympic weightlifter who spent years battling disordered-eating, injuries, and the constant mental load of food and body obsession. Through trial, error, and deep study, I built the tools to not only fuel my body properly but to thrive—and now I help women do the same.

I work with bad ass women who are ready to ditch the cycle of constant dieting, restriction mindset, and frustration with their bodies. If you feel like you've tried everything but still don’t have the ease, confidence, and trust in your eating habits that you crave, I can help. Together, we break old patterns, rewire your mindset, and build a way of eating that supports your goals without the stress of food rules.

With a background in Change Psychology, Exercise Science, and Business, plus certifications in both intuitive eating (Precision Nutrition) and macro-based nutrition (Working Against Gravity), I bring both the science and the human side of change into my coaching. My approach isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about lasting habit change.
