What I Want to Build

I love movement. I love strength. And I really love coaching people.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned over the years is that there isn’t one perfect way to train.

Someone might be recovering from a knee replacement. Someone might want to learn how to lift. Someone might be training for a competition. Someone might simply want to get up off the floor without pain.

Each of those people need different things.

I wanted to create a space where I can meet people where they're at, write thoughtful programming, find creative solutions, adjust & HAVE FUN ALONG THE WAY!

Ultimately, I want to help people become more capable.

People who can move well, get stronger, try things they never thought they could do, and live full, present lives. Weight loss can be a part of that, but the bigger goal is capacity.

What can your body do?

What do you want it to be able to do?

And what becomes possible when you start gathering evidence that you can do hard things?

That’s what I want to explore in this little garage of mine. 😊
